The natural progression from Cub is to Scout! One of the most amazing things about scouting is the evolution of our young kids into independent young people. Merit badges are often offered as classes but the onus is always on the scout to do the work and the counselor to help reflect, mentor, and guide.
While scouting is youth-led they could not do it without dedicated adult volunteers, Scouters! If you are one of those awesome individuals and are looking at teaching a merit badge we have some plans to help you.
